The Firecracker Foundation honors the bravery of children who have survived sexual trauma with a community invested in the healing of their whole being. The organization’s focus is offering healing services to survivors, while raising awareness and support in the community.
As a brand new nonprofit endeavor in 2013, the foundation needed a website that would connect with the community and drive awareness, participation and donations. We built a powerful site on an easy to manage content management system on a tight timeline and small budget.
The foundation’s site includes fully integrated connections to social media, where much of its development and awareness activities occur. The site also houses a donation system and a small e-commerce area for merchandise and support, all driven through a connection to the client’s PayPal account.
Ongoing design and support services have included management of some site content and assistance with social media efforts.
ThreeLeaf’s relationship with the Firecracker Foundation went beyond web design and management. We also provided layout and design services for the foundation’s fundraising calendar, “Soulfire,” pictured to the right.
